Rates, Reservations, and Policies

Room Rates:
Friday and Saturday: $130, and includes a full, 3 course, homemade breakfast.
Sunday through Thursday: $115, and includes fruit, homemade breads and baked goods, yogurt and granola, and farm fresh eggs.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy, subject to 11% sales and room tax.

A two night minimum stay may be required May-October.
We are closed from Thanksgiving through St. Patrick's Day.

Check-in: Between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Smoking: In deference to everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking and/or the use of candles is not permitted.

To guarantee your reservation: A deposit for 50% of the total room charges must be received seven days from the date the reservation is made. Balance is due before check-out. Sorry, we are not accepting credit cards (why should we give the banks more money?), but are happy to accept your personal check or cash.
 
Cancellation: You may cancel fourteen days or more before your date of arrival. If cancelled less than fourteen days before your arrival, we will only refund the deposit if the room is rebooked.

Last minute reservations: If you are planning at the last minute and we are full, please check Stay in the Finger Lakes or Finger Lakes Bed & Breakfast Association for other B&B listings with availability.

Children: Over 12 if both rooms are reserved.

Pets: We have a friendly dog and 2 outdoor cats on the premises, but we can not accommodate your pet in our home. We highly recommend day-care or overnight boarding with Paws & Whiskers, conveniently located just a few miles away.
